What I can not believe how mismanaged this company is. Although I have 1 that has test anxiety and she has taken it 4 times with her highest grade being a 68% so now I am starting to question the material even more. I have pretty much succumbed to the fact that not even the smartest person can pass these exams without some sort of class & heavy studying, that until something changes in the state level of who manages those decisions to chose a exam provider, nothing will change on that matter, so I just try to teach my people to take the class through StoneCE here in OK, and study using deductive reasoning and you can most of the time get a 70%. I have staff I am trying to get licensed as we speak an it's been about 2 1/2 years since I had to deal with them. I have now been dealing with PSI for about 10 years. MY friend is even thinking to hook up with a hidden camera and tape the sessions to prove how they're cheating everybody and the it to the NEWS! PSI is a SCAM and a MONOPOLY and it needs to be brought down! Talking about Microsoft that was a Monopoly? PSI is a TRUE MONOPOLY! Why didn't I get graded for all my questions!?! Also how can I fail this ban and NEVER get an EXPLANATION!?! We need to contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complain with them.

I made a misshapp and let my license expire and I entered and took the test again, thinking that I did studied and I will pass it all over again to find out that not only the test administrator was going to turn me around on a BS excuse ttat I was not there EXACTLY half an hour before my appointment time, but soon as I sat down I noticed that the test I said that I had 110 questions instead of 100 THAT IS REQUIRE BY THE STATE! Sure enough at the end I was graded for 100 questions and I only got a 55%. I took my Electrician State Test in 2002008 and I passed it the first time when PSI was not administering the exam. PSI is a JOKE! I worked for YEARS as a Journeyman Wireman, a I have Numerous college degrees.
Where one party fails to fulfill their contractual duties, it is a breach - none more material then here.
Stand up america! We don't need to take this! Write your state licensing authorities and demand they break their contract with psi. Seems to be an ada violation right there.

Who does that these days? On interest on their phone system, they force you to enter a push botton code - what about people with rotaries phone or handicapped-equipped phones. The only way solution is to write them a hardcopy letter via usps. Try calling them and you are on hold for a minimum of an hour (That was the longest I lasted, but your results may vary depending on your patience). Psi is a joke! Their website is notoriously bad and unreliable. What no one at your training center will tell you is that you have to deal with psi. Regrettably, psi has the contract for many states to administer state exams - real estate, auditor, contractors, etc. Psi exams is the most poorly mis-managed testing center company I have ever come across.
